Karaka Pines Rototuna Retirement village is the latest development from Karaka Pines. Evergreen Landcare is building a level 4/5 high-class retirement village.

From full project management, our services cover ground preparation to the finishing touches on Lawns, Gardens, and irrigation.

Alongside each unit build, there are boundary walls, Fences signs and street furniture in this project.

Starting in 2020 this is a four-stage build with 141 dwellings with a village center and bowling greens.
