Infrastructure Project Maintenance
After Practical Completion on a project the Defects Liability Period (Maintenance Period) starts, this varies in length from 12 month to 5 years dependant on the specifications and requirements. Infrastructure projects tend to fall under the Woka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency, the P39 specification document has been created as a performance criterion to meet over the maintenance period.
We even recruit Dogs to help with Pest Control. Evergreen Landcare has been involved in delivering this performance criterion for all our infrastructure projects, including Transmission Gully and the Puhoi to Warkworth Motorway (NX2)
Grounds Maintenance
All sites require Ground Maintenance to keep them at a high standard and ensure landscape longevity is achieved.
